Climatech air handlers are individually designed for the needs of each situation. Here we constructed a modular air handling unit with several parts, which can be adapted to almost any spacial possibilites and be transported in pieces. We assembled the unit on-site. In other projects we designed vertical solutions or other individual constructions to fit in limited space.

Sometimes the slightest noise in the building is disturbing, even the air outlets.

We also implemented several silencers and a special panel construction with extremely dense mineral wood and additional bitumen heavy foil.

A modern speed controlled compressor for modulating operation and a special 3-coil refrigeration system were used to avoid defrosting in winter.

To manage high pressure systems special industrial high pressure fans are used. Besides, the whole casing is
constructed more stable to withstand the pressure.

AHU project under extreme noise restrictions
The project was about the replacement of the existing fresh air cooling and heating system in one of London´s iconic buildings.

The rooftop project was about a fresh air cooling and heating system for a newly constructed office building in Basingstoke, England.

They needed a rooftop unit, but the thermal infrastructure on the roof was not in the plans.

The rooftop project was about a fresh air cooling and heating system for a newly constructed administration building at the Bristol Airport, England.
Total air volume: ca. 36,000 m³/h

We mounted several air cooling and heating systems on large container ships in the shipyard of Strahlsund and Sietas as well as on luxury yachts and ferryboats in the last years.

- Very compact construction.
- Use of high quality materials, such as AISI316L for panels, profiles, etc.
